If the platform is sensitive to IP reputation (most large social networks are) residential or ISP proxy gives more consistent results. In scenarios that imitate mobile app traffic, mobile proxy is the better choice. Datacenter IPs are fast, but on some platforms they trigger extra verification more often.

Changing your IP is not a rule violation in itself; but sudden, frequent location changes trigger security verification on many platforms. Keeping one account on a sticky exit as much as possible creates less friction than constant rotation.

It is technically possible, but complying with each platform's rules on multiple accounts is your responsibility. These guides do not provide instructions for mass account creation or artificial engagement.
