FreeProxy.tr in brief
Scope of Service
FreeProxy.tr offers a free proxy list along with paid residential, ISP, mobile, datacenter and IPv6 proxy services. The free list is provided "as is" and carries no guarantee; paid plans are subject to the SLA terms stated on the relevant plan page.
Acceptable Use
Our services may be used only for lawful purposes. The following activities are expressly prohibited and, if detected, service is terminated without a refund:
- Unauthorized access, attacks (including DDoS) and attempts to exploit vulnerabilities
- Fraud, phishing and sending spam
- Mass distribution of content that infringes copyright
- Any activity contrary to applicable law
Refund Policy
Paid plans carry an unconditional right of refund within the first 24 hours after purchase. After that, a pro-rata refund assessment is made for the unused period. No refund is given in cases of acceptable use violations.
Limitation of Liability
Restrictions that target sites apply to proxy traffic are not considered a service defect. The availability of addresses in the free list is not guaranteed.
